| Thank you Fritz for your decision to keep the tikki open until 5pm 12/13/09. We do not begrudge the staff a Christmas Party but to cut into the regular operating hours of the lodge to have this event is a financial no-no. With double digit inflation and so many people out of work, it would be hard to find many who would agree to shut down a business to hold a party. We have recently lost our business and may loose our house, we come to the Moose to socialize and forget our troubles for a little while. Being met with a sign that says closing early for a Christmas party was just too much. Thank you for letting me vent! |

We appreciate your concern. Moose International is raising the dues for the next 5 years. Instead of raising them every year we decided to do it on a one time basis. We only receive a small amout of the dues you pay.Other lodges in our district have already raised their dues.

We have both joined the Cape Coral Moose Lodge #2199 and are so happy we did. Its a terrific lodge with things always going on. We love to dance and there are so many opportunities during the week to have dinner and dance a bit. Last night was Johnny B and Robert and they were terrific. We hope they come back often.   |

Candidate for Mayor of Cape Coral
1) What is the biggest issue facing the City of Cape Coral today? What are your plans to minimize the impact of the issue you choose?
the biggest issue facing cape coral today,its the pain its residents are feeling because they are struggling to make ends meet,high taxes,high insurance,high food and gas prices,mismanagement by the politicians representing us,the wate and pork in city government and the i do not care what you think attidue frm the council to the people they represent in cape coral.my plans to minimize the impact,have town meetings monthly where i as mayor and the council meet with families through out each area of the city and discuss how we can save them money,not cut the vital services that we must provide to there everyday lives,and make living in cape coral the paradise it is.
2) If you were currently on City Council, would you vote for or against the UEP? Why?
if i was currently on council i wouldvote no on the uep project for now until the people can get there head above water and can afford to pay for it.it is needed but was poorly planned out by the politicians.it needs to be rebidded on and given to local not out of state contractors to be finished keep the money and business in the cape instead of out source it all the time.
3) What are your ideas to stimulate economic growth in Cape Coral?
my idea to stimulate growth in cape coral has never changed.tax cuts for the people living here because if they have more money in there pocket they can pay there bills go out and patronize the local businesses that are also struggling right now.we need to go out and cultivate big industrial or manufacturing businesses to cme to the cape,there is plenty of room in nw cape,they will educate our people which in turn provides high paying jobs and a lot of money will be coming into our tax bases.if people are making more money than they could afford the sewer water bill and the uep project being worked by local workers can be reassumed.
4) City Manager Terry Stewart is a finalist for the Lee County Manager's job. If he does not get that position, will you continue to support him as City Manager?
will i support terry stewart if he does not get the lee county managers job,no definetely not.he has caused this city money in the past,his heart is not in it to be city manager for cape coral,and when is contract is up i would vote as mayor against renewing it,you either put your heart and soul into a job your in or move on to somewhere else,i am very adamant about that.
5) Why are you better qualified for the job of Mayor than those you are running against?
i am better qualified for mayor,because i am not a politician,a career politician,or a local lobby controlled politician,i will take no contributions,because then the lobbyists want favors when i get elected,people are struggling,use the 50 dollars you were going to give,take your wife out to a local resteraunt enjoy a good meal.if you want a man of his word,grass roots candidate,nin politician,then i need your support on sep 15,2009,vote for robert pizzolongo,if you want the same old politician that is controlled and talks out of both sides of his mouth that's not me,help me on sept 15,2009,

| born in bronx new york,September 22,1962,i moved to cape coral,December 1989,lived here 20 years.dispatcher for comcast cable in fort myers,went to edison state college in early 1990's took up criminal justice\political science.i am single.i work 50 hour work weeks.i love to recycle.watch fox news religiously,watch sports,avid football and baseball fan.love to do volunteer work,i volunteer on sundays at health park nursing facility in fort myers participating in activities with the seniors.i cut 2 peoples lawns on Sunday morning,they are not well and cannot afford to pay for lawn services.i have really no hobbies because i am dedicated to hardwork,keeping my word,and helping mankind.thats a brief synopis of what makes me tick,thank you the peoples candidate for mayor of cape coral,robert pizzolongo,lets change the tone of government by electing people not politicians.thank you i need your support on september 15,2009 |
